You can barely see one of the Rakks brackets we ended up using (left side, near the edge of the first chair). The granite installers loved the brackets as they're good for supposedly over 600+ lbs. The granite is solid and unmoving now...

The Rakks brackets are really nice; they have a very clean, modern look. Rakks also has some very good shelving options (they were my backup plan in case we could not get our floating shelves to work -- actually, they still might be, as we are only part way through that project ; )).

Pretty kitchen, btw!
